How long does it take for my items to get to Ghana?

5 - 6 weeks by sea and 3-5 working days by air from the date of collection from UK.

What happens when items are damaged or lost?

We simply replace them at no extra cost but the item/s should be checked before our delivery guys leave you sight.

Do you Custom clear Vehicles?

We normally don't clear vehicles from the port but at our customers request, we can do so.

Can you source a product and ship to Ghana for customers?

Yes. Our sister company "Shop for Africa Ltd" are very experienced and best at this so they do all our customer sourcing.

Are recipient to pay for items when they arrive in Ghana?

Not when our delivery guys deliver to you door.

Do you provide packaging?

Yes we do provide strong quality shipping boxes, barrels, packing tapes, bubble wraps at extra cost.

Can I use my own packaging?

Yes you can but we will recommend you to use our packages as they're very strong and durable for the handlings.

Do you deliver everywhere in Ghana?

We cover almost 99% of the country.

Can I ship whatever I want?

No. There are prohibited items to the country. The list can be found here
